Newcourt Residential hosts charity day at Ellerton Road development
Award-winning developers, Newcourt Residential, held a charity day on 17th September in support of The Children’s Trust and The Wimbledon Guild.
The newly constructed Augusta House hosted an exclusive art exhibition curated by the Canvas Gallery, alongside a charity raffle with a variety of exceptional prizes including a factory tour for 2 at Aston Martin and champagne afternoon tea for 4. Works exhibited included pieces by Laura Bury, Louise Dear and William Thomas.
The event took place at Augusta House on Ellerton Road, Wimbledon, Newcourt’s newest and most impressive development to date. In total £500 was raised from the day on behalf of the two charities. Thanks to the support of HWM Aston Martin, Robert Holmes & Company and Jackson Stops and Staff for donating a number of prizes.
Karl Elkhadraoui, Managing Director of Newcourt Residential Ltd commented “The charity day was a resounding success, not only did it allow us to help two very worthy causes but it also gave us the opportunity to meet more of the local community around Wimbledon. It was an opportunity for people to come down and see what we have been working on in Ellerton Road for the past 18 months and to see the finished houses. We understand that the work we undertake affects the local area and that as a business; we have a responsibility to ensure that our impact is a positive one, this is why we aim to help the communities in which we work. The Wimbledon Guild and The Children’s Trust are very worthy charities and we are delighted to help support their efforts.”
Prices start from £6,950,000.
The show home will be open by appointment.
